The first word you see is your kindness mission today
Kindness is easier to practice when it comes with a clear, small job. This grid gives every student one. Sixteen simple missions are hidden in the letters, such as SHARE, SMILE, INCLUDE, and CHEER, each written so a seven-year-old can read it and do it before the bell rings. Use it during morning meeting, on Kindness Week, or any day the room could use a reset.
Drag across the first word you see in the grid, or tap its first and last letter, to reveal what it means. Shown in the Crayon Box template.

How to use this puzzle
Project the grid during morning meeting and have students write their word on a sticky note for their desk. At the end of the day, ask volunteers to tell how the mission went. Counselors can send a copy home so families can try it at dinner.
Want different words, colours or a story-sized version? Open it in the maker, where you can edit every word and meaning, switch between dozens of templates and export sizes for Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok or print. The puzzle is for fun: the word you notice first depends on where your eyes land, not on a personality test.
